Nostalgia

Time passes a lot quicker than it seems and it is already the end of November. Geo and I have settled into the working life and are seeing each other every two weeks (still a lot of miles for the black box cries...). I started watching a lot more Korean Dramas and can now add Goblin to my watched list (4th one now with Pinocchio, Korean Odyssey and Descendants of the Sun).

Tonight I felt a bit nostalgic (maybe because the episode was sad) so I decided to flick through our blog. It crazy how time has passed and looking back at our first posts brought a smile to my face. Geo was amazed as well, and agreed that we should try to post more often, as it is really nice to look back.
I don't know to what extend we will manage to keep it up but at least the trips will remain.

This post I want to dedicate to random photos, memories and so on, just some things we didn't post about.

For one, while it was still warm in the summer and beginning of autumn and we weren't the sloths we are now, we went around the area a lot exploring the new surroundings:

When we went to the Paradise Wildlife Park, Geo let me use his camera which was really fun. The drive there and back was quite stressful as for some strange reason some country roads only have one lane even though traffic goes both ways, but Geo manages well. We also has some fun feeding Parakeets but I won't duplicate Insta photos.
Nice selfie before the zoo, to which we accidentally arrived half an hour early...whoops, but hey - never been the first person in a zoo before! It was kind of cool actually because we managed to look at a lot of animals before the crowds began.

This summer in the UK has been extremely warm and while my studio is amazing it really heated up during those days, so with no a.c. Geo found the coolest place in the house, and that is where he remained.
Found some mini golf  in the city near by (because mine doesn't have anything) even though I did dragged Geo to a climbing range, which in contrast to mini gold he did not enjoy at all, but being nice as he is completed with me.

Another major first not to forget was our first annual pass. We got loured in by the offer and bought an annual pass to a theme park which is only an hour away from my house and the biggest one in the UK. We have been twice so far, and will go again when it is warmer. Roller coasters are awesome, but it seems we aren't too good with scary things.. (Side note - don't go on a water ride when it's cold just because the queue is short....)
